Olivia is a mama who wears many hats. She graduated from college with a Psychology degree with a focus on early childhood education. When she began here holistic healing journey in 2014, she decided to pursue and complete two certifications - one on holistic health coaching and the other on functional medicine coaching. After completing those certifications, she wanted to round out her knowledge of the wellness space, so she decided to complete a yoga teacher training. Still feeling called to work with families and children, her journey brought her into birth work, where she became a birth and postpartum doula. Her passion for holistic health, nutrition, mental and emotional health, wellness, and children shines through in her daily life. Her goal is to provide mamas with the information they need to make the healthiest decisions for themselves and their children while empowering them with the tools they need to do so.
