On today's episode of the Be Loud About What Matters podcast, I'm chatting with Kelsie. We discuss a variety of topics ranging from maternal (and infant) mental and emotional health, communicating your needs, preparing for birth and things that may come up during the postpartum period and how to address them. Kelsie shares what she sees with clients and different tools that mothers and husbands can utilize to help them regulate their emotions.
Kelsie is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) and specializes in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She is a psychotherapist with a heart for supporting moms and families during the ups and downs of pre-parenting, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
