Kayla Mehr is a mom of a sweet boy, a Personal Trainer and Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist in Boston, MA. She began her fitness career over a decade ago when she successfully transformed her lifestyle and lost 30 pounds. She began teaching group fitness, small bootcamps, and doing personal training. She’s obtained numerous fitness and nutrition certifications, including varying pre and postnatal certifications.
After training many pre and postnatal clients while preparing to have her own children, Kayla realized how little information is available to pregnant women who want to be healthy and active, and how contradicting the available information is. She decided to dive in and spent months doing extensive research to create the ultimate training and nutrition program to help new and expecting moms workout safely and return to their pre-baby weight fast.
