Brittany loves tapping into what makes her come alive and sharing that passion with the world. Her goal is to inspire others to do the same. Brittany is the author of a number of online programs and a leader of retreats where the intention centers around authenticity, unique expression and self love within the context of community.
Bridgette is a holistic health practitioner that specializes in nutritional therapy, healthy hormones, herbal medicine and stress reduction. Bridgette takes a holistic and ancestral approach to healing, using food and herbs as medicine to help promote healing in the body on a physical level, while also keeping in mind that there is no separation between the physical, mental and emotional body. She believes that reconnecting with our primal, intuitive and cyclical nature is key in helping us live with vibrant health, power, confidence and more connection with others and with ourselves.
